For women and men of all ages and mixed ability, from beginners to true yogis and would-be teachers. We begin each class with breathing and relaxation and move on to Asana work, ending with Savasana. Classes are kept to a maximum of 15 people to allow room for movement and individual attention. More details of the type of yoga practised are outlined here.
Specialist tuition of pregnant women is also available, either in these classes or separately, depending on your needs. One-to-one lessons are also available by arrangement.

Clothing - anything loose and comfortable; T-shirt, leggings or shorts, track suit bottoms and tops. Bare feet, of course, are essential.
Equipment - a yoga mat, blanket for kneeling and a belt should be brought to class. Some spares are available for beginners who may not have their own yet. A bottle of water is essential too.
Age - all classes are mixed in age from teenagers to 80 year olds and from beginners to experienced. Students adapt the poses to suit their own ability and needs.
